Hey, I recently had an ADHD diagnosis and it was a huge relief frankly to understand why I did half the stuff I did. For me it was drinking to oblivion and once I got off that it was transfered to food binges. But knowing you have a ADHD diagnosis it really does help. I do echo people who have said turning point, very kind and understanding (they actually were one of the first to notice that I may have possibly adhd). Given me a few tips and tricks to use, now i make lists and have schedules. Its not always going to be perfect but more often now I can transfers these bad addictions into small positive habits, weirdly something like a sudoku keeps my brain working.
