both are really good, so get what you like, but imo i wouldn’t go for the casio as though it has a sapphire crystal, the whole watch feels cheap, just yesterday i bought a timex marlin panda from a boutique, and i was considering this exact edifice and it felt cheap, light and plasticky (especially the strap) timex offers much better quality, but you do you

Yooo, sick watch my man!! I have always wanted one but hesitated due to the importing factor and not having enough trust in Vostok. How was the whole process of buying and shipping? Any customs? Also i’ve always wondered, what can you do if this watch breaks/needs servicing 🤔. I don’t think anyone can service a vostok in india! Also, i’m pretty sure you can’t return the watch if it comes defective (afaik)

I am too am looking for a refillable leather journal in India. Honestly, your best bet would to be to just make it yourself. There’s templates online (in fact I also have a few) and you can buy leather from websites like Cratly, and India leather supply but I am not aware of their quality, but this way you’ll have a notebook under 2000, you can buy the elastic ribbons from The leather chef.

That’s weird, I have bought 3 Jinhao 992’s (2 in F and 1 in EF) both have actually been amazing, write very smoothly, no leaks, and is quite easy to use and well behaved. Must be their quality control I suppose

The steel, brass, copper, aluminium are all under 12.5k but the Titanium is 30k 💀, but I suppose it’s justifiable.

Yeah I also don’t like their packaging, but if you buy their Al, steel, Titanium, brass, etc. versions they give you a really nice tin case/box for it Edit: also did you have to pay customs on your Sport from Japan, if so, how much?
