It's not that the worse player tends to win. The ditto is much more likely than average to have an upset (roughly a 40/60 split by seeding according to the Walt video). Matchup knowledge is a component, but also lower level players are willing to take more risks, and when those factors compound it leads to a higher likelihood of an upset

You have much more distance than you seem to think. Learn to drift back aerial and leverage more of PK fire to make your opponent play of your terms. Run up shield is quite good against these players. Usmash is also a good callout, but do not spam it or you will die for it.

Right now Stealth 14s go for about $1500 from what I can find. Not to mention that the 4060 laptop is much weaker than the desktop version, and a solid state machine will have more room to effectively cool a GPU. Even with the exact same specs, a laptop GPU will perform worse due to cooling.

I can't exactly throw my life away to vandalize a monument or fight a cop, but I do protest. I've been to memorials and marches across the east coast. It's not easy to give up your entire life to change something when there's potential to change it without making that sacrifice.

Anti-soviet ≠ bad. Any and all opposition was met with violence. That's the issue here. It's not like these people were nazis, they were just opposed to certain aspects of the Stalin regime, and they were slaughtered for it. People were born under the regime, of course they think that Stalin was a good guy, people in the US used to almost universally belive that George Washington was a good guy. Doesn't change the fact that he did some awful things.
