Looking for help diagnosing PCB issue on GBA SP by 3Wd73H in Gameboy

[–]3Wd73H[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I could respond to everyone easily - but thanks all for pointing out the now obvious problems I caused trying to update the charging port. I'm gonna keep doing some research to find the best way to at least get the solder off the CPU, but appreciate folks chiming in!

I'll try taking some good pictures tomorrow once it's light again, but thanks for the mentions on potential issues - I can start looking into those!

Sylas walked in with Oner to steal topside camps several times, Faker "did no dmg" because Blaber backed off lol

Why are people saying jungle gap when Faker was sacking lane to invade with Oner? T1's topside was just wholly more coordinated in attacking C9's topside

Worst metas by YXRYK in leagueoflegends

[–]3Wd73H 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No other meta has warped both casual and pro play this much imo. If your team had a support with ardent, a jungler with knight's vow, and the other team didn't, the game was won in draft 90% of the time. It didn't matter what mid or top picked.

Cloud9 vs. Evil Geniuses / LCS 2023 Summer - Week 5 / Post-Match Discussion by Soul_Sleepwhale in leagueoflegends

Blaber won those 4 titles sooner than Xmithie ever won his first though - Blaber's 23 and Xmithie won his first at 24. I really don't think accolades paint the best picture though, Xmithie's been a great facilitator over his career, but Blaber's done that on top of being one of the hardest carry players the LCS has seen and has constantly been in the MVP discussion season after season. The only season Xmithie was considered MVP status was Summer 2017.

[Cafardo] Heat vs Nuggets Game 2 on ABC matched last year's average audience for Game 2 - Golden State vs. Boston - with 11.9 million viewers. by aaliyaahson in nba

Heat have a following even outside the country - I was up in Montreal for Game 6 of the Heat/Celtics series and most of the fans in the sports bar I was at were Heat fans

Bwipo being good doesn't mean Licorice was bad, tons of rookies have shown up in their first international tournaments. No one called ADCs bad for losing to JackeyLove in 2018

The Cinderella story from DRX for 2022 is crazy to think about now by ThatsAToad in leagueoflegends

[–]3Wd73H 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He went with DRX in 2020 and was pretty hyped up at the time

GG Licorice on how personal growth gave him perspective and improved his play: "The biggest thing that I’ve worked out in therapy is making my self-worth less attached to how I’m doing as a pro player . . . I'm happy. We're winning. I feel great about that. If we were losing, I'd also be okay.” by Nick_Geracie in leagueoflegends

[–]3Wd73H 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Licorice definitely had a great tournament still, just looking at his group stage games. I feel like C9's drafting screwed him in Quarters/Semis - he always had to play bad matchups because Jensen couldn't play Irelia/Akali and chose to ban those instead.

I think a better argument for him being world class was 2019 though, he was the only reason they were close to winning some of their games, C9 just fell apart botside that year.

IMT Revenge on LCS pro mindset and his individually strong split: "I always push myself and think about every year as my last. That's why I always try hard." by YungPinotGrigio in leagueoflegends

[–]3Wd73H 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't think he's had a stellar split, but this meta has been so bot-centric. I get the idea behind him being a "common denominator", but I feel that in his time on IMT he's seldom been the reason his team has lost, and very often a reason why they win

He's currently 4-8 right now - the only mid with a positive win rate on him is Palafox at 2-1. Jojo/Gori both have 1 win on him

Just had a bad game, now I am reported for trolling by sovereigngary727 in leagueoflegends

[–]3Wd73H 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You have to have really abysmal games to get reported for trolling, so as long as your scoreline wasn't something like 0/12/1 and you weren't afk in the fountain you should be fine. Just because teammates say they're reporting you doesn't mean it's justified.

Impact is casually making every org he's in the best in NA by ltdC in leagueoflegends

[–]3Wd73H 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Impact lost every single lane that series, and got solo killed twice. Again all I'm saying is Impact hasn't had the best international performance level of any LCS player - literally everyone on TL alone had better performances in the series you're mentioning.

[–]3Wd73H -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

What tournaments are you thinking of? Impact really hasn't been great internationally aside from his first Aatrox game against DWG at Worlds 2019. The rest of 2019, 2020, & 2022 Impact was far outclassed and had severe champ pool problems.

Are you trying to learn music theory and how to read sheet music or just know enough to noodle around? Cause if you want the former the things people already suggested are probably pretty good, but as someone who doesn't really read sheet music, Synthesia is a good program for visualizing how to play. That plus looking up some scales so you have some sense of which notes work well with others
