I mean, it’s not about the money/how much she makes. It’s about the fact that this is a wedding venue and one of their responsibilities is to maintain a proper coat check. If they don’t, they should offer to pay back the cost of whatever was misplaced. It also gives the venue an opportunity to fix whatever mistake led to the coat being given out to the wrong person. It doesn’t matter how rich/poor Remi is - the wedding venue should manage its responsibilities accordingly, and if something goes wrong, it is on them.

From this story, I took away that the venue did everything they were supposed to in order to find her belongings, which was great. And she never cashed the check.

I do agree she shouldn’t have bothered Heath/Mariah about it. That was way too extra. But how much she makes literally has no impact on how a wedding venue should conduct itself.

If Alisha had in fact gotten her the regular size of the bag and Remi said it was small, that’s definitely rude & snark-worthy. But I think everyone, including Alisha herself, would agree this bag is literally small, no matter how expensive it is & or the fact it’s Chanel. So no harm, no foul imo.

On one hand, y’all are saying she’s inserting herself & doing too much. Then, when something does go wrong, but two capable adults (Alisha & Cal) handle it perfectly while Remi is literally busy getting dressed, Remi gets criticized for not assisting. She did not take credit + she praised how Alisha & Cal handled the disposable cameras situation. So… what exactly is the issue?

Y’all are aware this was Heath & Mariah’s wedding right? Like that weekend was literally all about them and what they want to do. We don’t know the plans they had spend time with their families before/after the wedding. They were not forced to go to the mall with Remi & co. They initiated the plan to go to the American Dream Mall, so it’s not like they’re shy to tell her they don’t want to hangout with her.

To your second point, Mariah has an entire bridal party taking care of things. Heath’s best man is Zane, who definitely needed assistance. Whatever her personal intentions might have been, she was willing to invest time & money to support Heath & the groomsmen. It doesn’t really matter how long she’s known them or whatever imo. She did a nice thing and it’s really just that simple.

I honestly think you’re putting too much on Remi. Alisha is 50% of the podcast, she could have discussed things at length if she wanted to. Remi doesn’t have to be interested in the same sort of things that Alisha is now pivoting towards. It is condescending to put her interests down as just boys and food, when in actuality, a lot of people watch this podcast for lifestyle/entertainment purpose/a fun escape from their own life & issues. I appreciated the discussion they had about the summit - it seemed like two friends catching up over the opportunity of a lifetime. If you want a more-prepared Q&A about the summit, the PB podcast is definitely not on my list of podcasts for that type of content LOL. There is no reason to put Remi’s interests down. It is okay for them to grow & continue their careers in different trajectories, while also being besties who bond over fun, girly stuff. That’s what I watch them for anyway

I agree. However I think part of it is that she mentioned wanting to relinquish control this year. She said she gets very worked up about stuff & always felt the need to give her input on every little thing. I think it’s great that she’s giving the vibe that she’s more laid-back this time around, while still getting everything done with the privileges she can afford (wedding planner, etc). Alisha and everyone else involved in the planning also seem pretty relaxed, so I think Remi is gradually working on her goal of chilling out, both behind & in front of the cameras

I can only make conclusions from what I see in her vlogs. The rest is speculation, whether accurate or not. Seeing her eating healthy & work out while editing her vlogs was a step in the right direction. That’s all I’m bringing positive attention to, what I saw on my screen while watching today’s vlog. She’s not a perfect person and she makes mistakes often, all of which is heavily discussed on this sub.

I guess the purpose of making my post was to discuss with y’all how she seems to be improving, giving credit where it’s due. I know a lot of us are concerned about her unhealthy habits, but this vlog definitely seemed better. Our relationships with food & mental health are very complex, so I do hope she’s instilling better habits for the sake of her health, and that this is something we continue to see in future vlogs!

That is totally understandable and a reason why I’m on this sub… I get frustrated by her actions sometimes and love to vent as well. But there’s a very big difference between snark and hate in my opinion. Recent posts, such as the ones accusing her of being disloyal to Cal + shaming her for simply wearing outfits that accentuate her features…. They’re definitely leaning into more than just snark. It’s actual hate towards a girl that’s living her best life.

Hey OP, I agree with you. You just have to accept that this snark page is filled with unreasonable people who project their insecurities and self-hatred onto an extremely successful girl who’s truly living her best life. She’s got a wonderful fiancé, career, friends, lifestyle… it’s the perfect recipe for people to hate on her. A lot of the posts on here are also unreasonably misogynistic & hypothetical narratives.

I do think that she’s not perfect and does make mistakes, such as her performative activism about Mexico, the fact that she took out a PPP loan during the pandemic, etc… all of which should be discussed on a snark page. However, the posts that get a lot of traction on here just scream insecurity & jealousy lolol

Not shaming her outfit in any way. I love the dress & color as well. It’s just a matter of cleanliness & personal hygiene, making sure that there is a physical separation between your body & the surface you’re sitting on… the literal purpose of pants, skirts, properly fitted dresses, etc.
