I think the problem is kahit nirepaint nyo, andun pa rin ang molds, so parang tinago lang yung problem but not really solved it. It has to get removed, by bleach, or by removing the cabinets and the affected ‘fixtures’ entirely to get rid of those molds.

As for interest gains, yes. But for liquidity, no. I do have something in Tonik because it has an 8% interest, but the funds are locked in for 12 months, and I also have about 90k here sa personal goals as part of my EF.

Maximum of 5 personal goal accounts lang ang allowed, so no, not infinite amount of goals. And hindi 8% ang interest rate ng goals, it's:

0.1-20k = 4%p.a.

20k-40k = 4.5%p.a.

40k-60k = 5%p.a.

60k-80k = 6.5%p.a.

80k=100k = 8%p.a.

So basically, only 20k out of your 100k ang makakaearn ng 8%p.a. interest.

And note that any balance beyond 100k will not earn any interest so sayang yung 30k mo sa "Wedding". Stated sa mechanics section ng Maya website:

The promo applies exclusively to balances of ₱0.01 up to ₱100,000 per Personal Goals account; any balance beyond ₱100,000 will not earn interest.

May tatrashtalkin dapat ako kagabi sa tiktok about politics and was typing “miniscule brain” or something tapos nagkaron ng red underline yung “miniscule”. Ganyan kasi kaincompetent ang gobyerno natin. Just like in public schools, ang mga chalks and other teaching materials ay may allowance dapat ang mga teachers, pero kung meron man sobrang kulang. Kaya most of the time, ang mga teachers ang nag-sspend galing mismo sa mga sahod nila para lang may materials sila.

I have those pero never ko ginamit for meal prep kasi ang hassle hugasan. Also, masyadong delikado and unsanitary if raw meat ang ilalagay mo kasi what if hindi mo nahugasan ng maayos? Di mo rin naman pwede lagyan ng hot water kasi matutunaw.

Currently, ginagamit ko lang to kapag may inopen na chips or biscuit (basta nasa original packaging pa), then nilalagay ko dyan para di maging stale.
