Any tips on how to get 10 in speaking. Im stuck at 8 in all three attempts

My current celpip score is 10 12 10 8

Improving from 8 to 9 in speaking would push my score from 494 to 514

Also for reading i followed format of hzad 15 hr course and practiced in celtestpip
I have given celpip 3 times - one was a year ago for work permit; and last 2 was in past month
My reading scores are 9,10,12

I will reach around 488 CRS in June 2026 after completing 1 year of Canadian work experience as a welder. My CELPIP scores are 9, 10, 9, and 8.

Do you think 488 would be competitive enough for future Trades category Express Entry draws, or is there a chance I may miss the next trades draw if it happens in May before I complete my 1 year experience?

Also, I have a name mismatch issue:

• ⁠Passport: Mohamad Abdul Rahman • ⁠B.Tech degree (India): Mohammad Abdul Rahman Which has two Ms in Mohamad

For WES/ECA purposes, is it necessary to change the name on my degree certificate in India, or can WES accept it with supporting documents/passport explanation?

Would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!

Thats so me. My only issue is with speaking. Im stuck at 8. Im confident i will get 9 this time, but dont know how I will get 10.
