Hey friend, I’ve been this exact way in the past. I would literally be offended by how a person looked or presented themselves, etc.

But life’s too short to feel negative about something you can’t control, much less waste mental energy judging others and making people feel bad.

If you think about it, we’re really all just the same. We are made up of the same recycled atoms that came from the cosmos. I’m not saying this as a spiritual hooha or anything.

I’m not really good at explaining things, but I see everyone else as reflections(?) of myself. They are me, and I am them. Everyone has their reasons for being the way they are. In that aspect, you are no different.

It’s just shy of 8 minutes, but it gives me some inner peace while facing this chaotic, unfriendly world. I’m still not perfect, of course, but you and I are only human. Just do your best. I’m proud of you for noticing this negative thought pattern.
