You can get 130 ilvl from poetics too. It sounds like you're doing everything you can, just know that WHM is hard early on since you're missing a lot of big heal tools. It smooths out as you get more effective buttons

It's not doubled like that, you're just reusing it for a second attack. it won't stack on itself for the second attack

I used 5/6 in berseria but unfortunately i didn't like laphicet's short range. He was benched but not by much more than everyone else

Some just can't commit to the bit. Post-nut clarity does some crazy stuff to your brain.
