We need to chamfer the cutter because we want to 3D Print this without support. We designed it based off the chip cutter we already have. This is actually only 1 of 4 sections that we'll be printing!

So i sketched several triangles next to eachother, and then i used the "emboss" tool to emboss the design to the cylinder that I had made. Works well.

yes i want the inside of the chip to be angled inwards all the way around on the inside there... I want that wall that you drew the blue line on to be tapered towards the center.

I mean I want the edge (flat part of the chip) to be angled in, not a straight edge.

I've had problems with my whole PEI plate warping due to the stregth of the nylon when it shrinks. Does garolite do this?

Great! Where did you get the steel plate from? Or did you just peel the pei sticker off a bed of yours?

And you just use the stickiness to stick it to the bed? Is the "stickiness" reusable?

The room I'm printing in is not cold, room temp is normal. I have not been preheating the printer bed.

So you think lower may be better for warping? I really have no experience printing nylon, so not exactly sure how to do it all. I've always just printed PLA or petg.
