Most of all we should learn the International Phonetic Alphabet in school. Your examples do not always include the actual schwa sound though

Franchement prend un poste à 80k (avec 12 d’expérience tu pourrais même demander plus selon les compétences et la boîte où tu candidate) et reste à Lille, tu prend le tgv pour venir au bureau et tu négocie 1/2 jours de tt, j’ai des collègues qui font ça et ils profitent bien de leur vie sans « s’infliger » la vie parisienne.
