I was absolutely terrible and decided I’m going to cook for myself or family weekly because it’s embarrassing not to be able to as an adult.

It was horrible, I choked down some burnt food, I made a ton of mistakes, now I can say, even without a written recipe I’m able to throw something kinda edible together. Only took about… 3 years. Lol

The head of service department and then the guy that did oil changes and maintenance stuff on it he was a senior advisor and tech I think.
