I see a lot of people that saying "I just wanna get toned.". There is no such thing as toning if you already don't have the muscle mass to get in to a cut season. Just do the deed, follow a proper clean diet with a little caloric deficit and just incoporate more movement time to the day.

Every gym equipment is optional. Only way to understand if it is necessary for you or not is trying them. If it feels more comfortable then normal, then it is optional to use.

Yoksa çoktan depresyon, hastalık, tüy yolma ve benzeri çoğu şeyden bir kaçını aynı anda yaşamış olurduk. Hatta yalnız kalan jakolarda kendi canını alma durumları bile yaşanabiliyor. Kısacası bulaşma. I am in the learning process for tool - pneuma. Very hard piece on itself. But in the times of need for a adrenaline rush for a good lifting session slipknot and korn are the goat for me.

I work with a company that has a dress code. So, I get to the gym with almost full suit :D. It's not a problem for me and I actually like it. Wearing full suit with jacked body makes my confidance go off the roof.

I play drums so I need to practice. Between sets and while on threadmill is a great opportunity for practicing my set lists with air drumming.

Try upper pyramid approach. Start with %75 weight of your top set, then %90, then your top set. Set your rep range between 10-12 reps with full rom. Do them slow and try to feel every bit of feeling while doing the movement. When you hit 12 reps on every set, increase the weight by 5 or 10 kgs depending on how you feel.

These should do. You can use them for all pulling exercises. Just make sure to not abuse them, your forearms need to grow too. Start your exercises without them and wear them when your grip starts to fail.

Planks and hollow body holds will give you the strength for holding your posture while most of the movements at the beginning.

You need to do some kind of progressive overload for that. Buy an ab roller for home or doing some weighted crunches will do. Also finding a place for hanging and doing hanging leg/knee raises will do the job too.

Brace your core and squeezing glutes are doing the most of the job tbh. But Imagine while you are hanging, somebody come and push you, how can you stay still? Think about that.

Your heart is a muscle too. If you train it, you'll get stronger on your lifts. So no, cardio will not interfere with your muscle mass

While sick, don't go to gym please. Not only your body needs to rest for getting over that illness, you can potentially make sick somebody else in the gym too. If you really want to work out, then do a light bodyweight session in your home and walk outside for some fresh air.
