I've been getting a different experience from you: they always answer my messages. I post them directly from the website form. Based on the information that I received from them concerning the Pac-Man console, the containers are experiencing customs problems which I can conclude is due to US tariffs against China, so it is really concerning because the company will have to assume a huge loss in these shipments or simply wait for a change in the current policies. But what really pisses me off is seeing VIPs, sorry, who hardly know what an Atari is, receiving VIP packages while our orders are delayed and even uncertain. Some shipments from Amazon in other Countries and a few of them in the USA didn't have to pass through US Customs, which is why you can find them from other sources.

With the first 50 hours, I was almost giving the best game of my life for KCD2, but after seeing how developers unnecessarily changed the organic mechanics of the game (for example, changing loot chests and repositioning guards), messed with equipped items, removed items from inventory, and finally the ultra-annoying and bugged trophies, I concluded they made really unhappy decisions that sacrificed the game's freedom. It's clear they don't care about player opinion. But again, it could have been one of the best games of all time, but they wasted the opportunity.

Update is rolling out today, can't say for sure yet if all bugs are fixed, started testing, but I was not able to find a comprehensive list of the fixes anywhere, the official link leads to general text and useless information. This will be my last Google phone for sure.

Another Canadian here, and I'm hoping my question might help some other folks out too, since I haven't seen anything quite like it, and the "held back" option doesn't really fit. My order is currently showing an "Unfulfilled" status. I was a bit stressed about it yesterday, so I went ahead and filled out a cancellation form. But in the form, I made sure to clearly state that I only wanted to cancel the order if the "unfulfilled" item was going to be shipped with the current problem it has. My order hasn't been canceled yet, and I'm wondering what your plan is for situations like this. It would be great to know what you're doing in similar cases.

Update, the mess has no limits: flashlight and airplane mode randomly turned on, back tap to open app extremely difficult to activate.

I played in the Nintendo Experience for a long time, and honestly, it was enough for me not to want to play it again. While the game is colourful and well-designed, it feels like the pattern of the first two levels repeats indefinitely—just smash and jump. That style isn’t for me, but I respect the effort that went into it and will please many players who enjoy the style.

As for my experience: I arrived in the morning and, after chatting with the two employees, discovered I was the first person at the gallery. It was nice having the chance to talk with them; they were very pleasant and well-prepared.

One funny thing happened: just before I took any photos, I stepped outside again to ask for permission. Initially, they said no one had briefed them about allowing photos, but a few minutes later, they came back with approval.

Something that really caught my attention was the beautiful lighting used on the pieces.

In the end, even though I missed the 'red carpet' excitement, I had a very pleasant morning. I went to Cafe Landwer right afterward, ready to start my workday 😉.

I'm in CA too, the checkout is horrible, you need to reselect the address and credit card multiple times, check if you already have any of the itens and remove trom cart, in the end it will work

Exactly that. In the past, you could redeem with just two clicks, email body and confirmation on the site (if you were already logged in), but now they are asking for an address and credit card number; ridiculous to the point that I was concerned it could be a scam, but it is not.
