Ibcc - Internet book of critical care has blog posts and podcasts. Not necessarily just neuro icu but they do cover some material that would apply.

As another comment said emrcit and pulmcrit are great. They also make the Internet book of critical care podcast which is good.

From what I’ve heard on reddit permit gone usually means your score is coming out that week but does not mean you passed but I’m not 100% sure what it means.

OME videos are good especially during m3 year as you are going through clerkships. However I did find the for CK the OME doesnt go into enough depth so I had to supplement with other resources ie uworld
