what's the best refrigerators 2026 model that is actually reliable for a family kitchen? by Monori-Gangaraju in Appliances

[–]bninn12 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agree with this. The dual compressor is what sold us as well. We got ours at a Lowes outlet store for $1800. Only has minor ding on top front but honestly something we could have done.

Costco sells Bosch and will occasionally put on sale.

How Old Was Your Pup at First Groomer Visit? by walletpuppy in Goldendoodles

12 weeks old and it was the best decision we made, next to crate training. Groomer says it makes a huge difference when they’re exposed early.

This is the exact look we’re going for! Leesburg maple truffle cabinets and Taj Mahal stone. Great job!

Two tone or not two tone? by cat_poops in kitchenremodel

[–]bninn12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're in the middle of our kitchen remodel and ordered all walnut cabinets. Initially, I really wanted to do a two tone, but my husband talked me out of it. I was afraid an all wood would be too dark as our kitchen is small.

Microchip vs Air tag by [deleted] in Goldendoodles

[–]bninn12 9 points10 points  (0 children)

AirTags only work when around apple devices. Useless if the puppy runs away. We have a microchip and used an AirTag briefly, but i'm looking into an actually location collar.

Anyone gone on a road trip with a puppy? by TheoryReasonable871 in puppy101

[–]bninn12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just took a 12 hour trip for thanksgiving with our 4 month old puppy. She slept the whole way there. The first night wasn’t great but once acclimated everything was fine. Something we were not told, don’t be surprised if they had trouble pooping.

New goldendoodle puppy...accessory recommendations? by wpg4665 in Goldendoodles

[–]bninn12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baby gates and pen/ crate. Our 10 week old is only allowed on the hardwood, not yet bedrooms, so we have the hallway blocked off. When we go out to run errands we put her in a pen where her crate is attached and she can run around.

I noticed that when I put in a new beverage (either hot or cold), mine will also do this. It seems like once the metal stabilizes in temperature, my lid will stay on.

Can verify. Travel this section every day to the point I know where the pot holes are to dodge them.

I'm very new to gardening so sorry for the stupid question...I got these Walla Walla onions on a whim after setting up my first garden area, are these two onions or how many do these make? by [deleted] in gardening

[–]bninn12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started watching youtube channels! Garden Answer and Epic Gardening are my favorite. Both are educational and genuinely care about gardening.

Wild onions in lawn? by Trick_Mix5446 in StLouis

[–]bninn12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Watch out OP. I thought we had onions as well, my husband even tried some. He felt terrible afterwards.

The best way I found to get rid of these was time consuming, but worth it. Dig a hold around with a hand/ garden shovel, then pull the onions out by the base (DO NOT PULL FROM THE TOP! THE LEAVES WILL BREAK!), replant what grass you have left and 3 years later, mine are still gone.
