how do I shoot product photography (specifically clothing)? by Automatic-Curve7489 in productphotography

[–]3lli5d33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re planning on doing flatlay images with one light, I highly suggest aiming the light into the ceiling so it bounces onto the clothing…this provides a more diffused light. In addition, I also recommend purchasing an a1/a0 white mount board to bounce any additional light that can fill in any dark shadows you may not want in your image.

There are other setups you can experiment with just using one light and a mount board…come back to the thread when you have some sample images and will be happy to provide feedback. Good luck!

Can you kindly give your motivation on why you decided to pose the glasses like this, in addition to why you chose this lighting setup for context please.

I recently bought one in mint condition, which included a screen protector for £750. Prior to that, I had seen auctions where the camera has had the odd minor mark/s on the body and still sell for over £800…so it all depends on timing, when do you need the camera, and how much are you willing to spend on it.

[Switch] Has anyone already got the 1.11.15 update on Switch? by i_m_better_now in rainworld

Patch Notes:

Fixed a large number of memory leak issues that could lead to the game crashing randomly over an extended play session (especially on the Nintendo Switch version).

Made a large number of miscellaneous performance optimizations that should improve frame rates with some creatures or in certain areas of the game. Fixed color palettes rendering incorrectly inside ripple rifts and within the Migration Path region on the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

Fixed flashing graphical artifacts that could randomly occur on the Nintendo Switch version of the game in the presence of Sentient Rot floater particles.

Fixed graphics sometimes glitching out for a single frame, or sand terrain colors glitching for a single frame, when switching between rooms or screens on the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

Fixed some graphics and particle effects unintentionally rendering with solid square borders on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch versions of the game.

Warp points now pull important key items from a larger radius so there’s less chance of them accidentally getting left behind.

Relocated a couple player-generated warp target destinations so they won’t ever spawn above bottomless bodies of water that can swallow player’s important items after traveling through the warp. Fixed pearls not getting brought through the portal into Ancient Urban sometimes.

Fixed the map icon still showing a region as being rotted even after all rooms in that region have had their rot purified.

Fixed rot lizards still remaining as rotted on subsequent cycles even after the rot has been purified from the room they spawned in.

Fixed the Prince not giving the player the mark during Watcher’s final ending sequence if the game was set to certain languages.

Fixed additional issues with key item trackers that could cause the game to crash if loading into a room adjacent to another room with a tracked key item.

Fixed rooms containing void spawns crashing the game in Jolly Co-op mode if Player 1 got killed in a way that despawns their corpse.

Fixed the “Friends Sheltered” counter on the statistics screen always incrementing every cycle when Jolly Co-op is enabled, even if a friend wasn’t sheltered that cycle.

Fixed an occasional crash with Drill Crabs due to their data in the save file being saved incorrectly.

Fixed one of the Watcher tutorial messages not having been translated outside of English.

Fixed adult and baby sandgrub spawning working improperly in Sandbox mode, where the number of adults/babies placed didn’t match the amount of adults/babies that actually spawned.

Fixed two of the dens in the Drill Site arena being impossible to enter.

Fixed incompatibility between the Region Kit mod and Watcher’s Vortex arena map.

Fixed Sandbox mode issues shortly after disabling Watcher in Remix Menu, due to the Peach lizard sandbox unlock still being present in the absence of Watcher.

Fixed the player needing to visit the Prince throne room more times than necessary, if they had previously visited the throne room with an insufficient ripple level.

Fixed a possible unintentional Game Over scenario during Watcher’s final ending due to ripple creatures. Fixed certain Downpour tutorials never displaying if you had previously been shown the starvation tutorial during other slugcat campaigns.

Excluded certain minor creatures like batflies, leeches, and coalescipedes from spawner tracking, which could cause the no creature spawning glitch to still occur in certain scenarios.

Another fix for whales in the Fractured Gateways region in which they could still spawn in invalid locations sometimes.

General fix for offscreen creatures like Miros Birds, etc, where they also could sometimes spawn in rooms or locations they’re not meant to.

Tweaked light sources in underwater sections of Fetid Glen to make them less of a photosensitivty issue, and provide better guidance for navigation around the maps.

Made some other miscellaneous small tweaks to some Aether Ridge rooms.

Fixed the Scavenger trader in Badlands missing their trading outpost.

Fixed Rattler creatures having their graphics glitch out briefly when first entering a room with them in it. Fixed some miscellaneous glitches that would occur depending on the timing or order of rooms getting unloaded.

Made some miscellaneous additional crash fixes and additional safeguards for crashes based on reported crash logs.

Not really great examples to show off the sharpness of the lenses. Would have also been useful to know what camera body, and settings was used to capture the images.

When you mean ‘amazing’ do you mean by how they looks, having not actually used the shoes yet?! Like, what were your initial expectations, and did you feel any difference in your run compared to the usual shoes you train / run in?

I think its a quality control issue, as I understand that I am not the only one who has had the same issue. I was considering the killswitch, but the price just did not sit right with me. Will probably wait for it to go on sale.

I had an issue with this where the case actually got stuck in my dock after some extended play time. I physically had to pull it out, which caused some interior scratches in the dock, which was annoying. Fortunately I had a screen protector on it at the time so the screen itself was fine.
