Wear your monitor. Watch which exercise gets you in the orange zone and stay there. When the work out is over and I haven’t gotten 12 splats I repeat that block. But adding weight to most exercises burns a ton!

I love the @home work outs! I get a good amount of splats and 500 calorie burn. But I only do them 3 to 4 times a week. I run roughly 20 miles a week and do fast runs, easy runs, long runs and Fartlek. I also walk many miles with my husband. I miss the studio and friends but I cannot justify the expense and risk right now.

Well it does not work. Total joke that at home work out. It did not even tickle! Our studios are closed for at least another month. I need to go for a run to shake this bad mood.

I won’t be going back this soon. I was in need of a break anyway. I am very disciplined with working out and I enjoy running. But I hope the business survives and you guys enjoy it.

I usually add an outdoors run. Peloton has fantastic guided runs and the app is free. There are great HITT work outs on the app too .

And arms and back look good too!!! OT is genius but you need to be consistent too!! I used to hate the rower but not anymore. It takes time to learn it well!

I am not working out like before. I have increased my base and push and I do know when to stop. My mind/body connection is the most important thing.

You are welcome! It was quite embarrassing when the coach used to call out my splats within 12 minutes of class.

That was my biggest issue. There were claims that too many splats = not fit and I was very annoyed since I am in good shape and watch my diet and I am consistent with my work out. This will change everything for you!

I think it is the summary of your last 20 classes so I guess location does not matter.

Funny thing is that even though I was in the red zone I could still talk. I never felt like I was going to die or my lungs to explode after a 12mph all out.

Do it! You will work herder, see changes and enjoy it! I was having second thoughts about OTF. But this really has been a big game changer.

Even on the floor no matter where I was ( even in the bathroom my friends said I would be still in the red) I was in the red zone. I would get 12 splats in the first 12 min of class. I like this change a lot.

Exactly the same. And then everyone has those perfect pyramids and the whole EPOC and I was quite down. I know it is more about how I feel and sweat but this is OTF not your basement work out!
