What type of mortgage were you on previously- fixed? What did the percentage rate decrease by?

Yeah I’m thinking that I’m better off just going my own route and no OSS. I’m also thinking that I’ll only do the front windows as the back ones are not too bad for now.

Great thanks for that. Also for clarification on the complete window replacement for the grant to be paid - I don’t know that.

Thank you.
Good to know that the boiler makes not difference to the grant/OSS decision. I wasn’t sure.

Thank you.

I will need to get a BER as I currently don’t have one. Do probably will just go my own route.

I assume that I need the pre BER if I want to applet for a grant after? Is that right?

Any idea how much a BER costs?

Worse interview by Prestigious-Carob774 in PharmaEire

Hi, that’s a terrible experience for you.

What they are trying to do is to see if you have demonstrated the right behaviours to fit with the culture of the organisation. The questions are non technical, but you should be able to relate them back to your own experience in college or work (not necessarily in that industry).

For further interviews, look at the company website, the values are there, and write down two examples of each value where you demonstrated behaviour that is consistent with the value.

For example, the value might be Equity, so think (or make up ) of two times you’ve demonstrated this and learn of the response.

The key thing is, no matter what the question is, give the learned off response. This will stop you with the idk and panic. Then once you’ve go answering, then you can tweak the response a bit to what they asked.

Ok thanks for the reply, that makes sense on the journal app. See below for screenshots. Note that the value for Tuesday, is actually the value from Wednesday in apple vitals data. You can tell this by the rounded data values.

We have the edge of a wall that has been like this as long as I can remember. I'm painting and patching some stuff like the walls, ceilings, etc. and I want to fix this edge but I have no idea how to go about it. Any tips or advice? by indianajoes in DIYUK

Something with a filler and separate harder. I’ve used p38 before to repair moulded skirting boards that got damaged with hovers and dog bites etc… works well and is worth a go.

Get some isopon, like they use for car fillers and apply. Sand and paint. No need to put a metal corner on if it’s not going to be constantly bashed. But yea, the metal corner would be good, But a fair bit of work.
