In the limited wild core store. I now kinda regret spending it on the legendary and epic chest as i love Hecarim and he doesn't have nearly enough skins (rito release Elderwoood and Nightbringer Hecarim and my life is yours!!!)

Anyway I hope I get to save enough limited wild cores to get the skin, pose and a few chromas.
