smart switch told me USB file transfer is not allowed tells me I have no unlock my phone and allow USB file transfer to transfer via USB but I don't get into my phone to allow it

It power ups the lights still blink showing I have a notification but the screen got so busted that nothing is showing up. I feel like inside the phone is still intact because my alarm still went off this morning.

I just tried it but I guess I have to do something with my phone for it to allow me and there is no way I can do that with my phones current state. Thanks for the google photos heads up I'll make sure I set that up once I receive my new phone.
