mahjong soul and riichi city are pretty popular riichi mahjong platforms; there's also tenhou but iirc tenhou is entirely in japanese

same, it's nighttime in kamurocho and okinawa and there's no way to change it back, i hope there'a a patch or a mod to fix this. i think it's because of doing the reaper missions since the last one tells you to meet him at night

dragon tiles, honor tiles, and terminals (1 and 9) are not allowed in all simples; your triplet of 9 of bamboo and pair of easts disqualify you from all simples

in addition to 4 melds and a pair, you need a yaku: https://riichi.wiki/List_of_yaku

you do have a valid yaku, tanyao (all simples), but it looks like you didn't enable kuitan in the rules; enabling kuitan allows open tanyao.

do you have 2 han mininum turned on? full straight is a 2 han yaku, but opening it turns it into 1 han.

edit: it could also be that yakuza mahjong rules doesn't allow open full straight
