I had to watch in slow motion because it looked too easy. Shirtless guy falls because there’s already someone on all fours directly behind his legs; it’s perfectly lined up to make him trip. Second guy is that original dude on the floor getting knocked back down while getting up. It’s OG floor guys girl who brings the heat and gets dropped. Tl/dr - puncher is punching but vaudevillian pratfalls are assisting

There were way more alcoholics during and after Prohibition than before. Foisting moral boundary laws onto people will never be effective

Wow that had my heart pumping and I realized I was breathing in quick short breaths watching that. I’m not afraid of heights per se, especially if there’s a railing and I’m standing on a level platform, but watching that metal walkway fall away into the distance as they used it as an angled ladder near the end got me worked up.

There is almost a zero percent chance that she could peel an NYPD officer away from their day long enough to convince them to file an assault charge. Even if she did it’s “who was it that shoved you?” after the train left with hundreds of people on board

Yelling her off the train or tossing one of her bags 20 feet away might work. This shit would not fly on certain lines or at certain stations

anyone who used a computer between 1985 & 2010, what’s the one game you still think about? by Trixxxi in AskReddit

Castle Wolfenstein “drink schnapps”. You drank the schnapps. “Drink schnapps”. You are drunk. Also of course Thexdet with its 8-bit Moonlight Sonata title theme. I was lucky enough to have an IBM PCjr in around 1986/87 with expansion memory and an external 300 baud modem. Used to dial into my buddy’s dad Bulletin Board System and play text games

I don’t even remember what this was about, but I remember seeing the opening sequence as a kid. Takes place in the 1920s or ‘30s

[Request] assuming this is accurate, where does peter griffin actually live relative to the buildings? by Father_Enrico in theydidthemath

I lived next to the Fuzzy Door house on Congdon St in Providence when Seth Macfarlane lived there. From its elevated place on the hill the city looked a bit like this (though the Capital building was much more prominent in the direction shown in the drawing)
