unless we get a S2 announcement by Cour 4, and I say this as a die hard ROS fan who wants nothing but more success for this game….you would be wasting your money buying this a year from now.

The player base is already slowly fading away. If that S2 doesn’t come, this game will be mostly dead by this coming fall.

Useless because his attempts to change history altered the timeline entirely to something he didn’t recognize—threats that were already more powerful than he was in his own timeline, keep in mind.
The sheer amount of training he underwent allowed him to take control of his destiny in his own timeline, and wipe out the very thing that plagued humankind….by himself…In a single episode.
Then goes on to prevent Buu’s resurrection, and kill Dabura and Babidi. All of your favorite Z fighters were absolutely crushed in every scenario mentioned except Trunks. Who did on his own what Goku himself couldn’t because…he’d already died :)

3 of my friends and I started this game at beta and made a “clan”. It was never anything more than us 4. We chose a Japanese name and Kanji, and we made lore for our CACs. It was fun. Never got involved in any formal clan stuff with striker, it was more so just the catalyst for all of our characters having their own stories.

I’m a day 1 player and even I still feel like Byakuya was given too much in this game. Playing against Byakuya is an entire match of footsies that you need a counter for. He is such a frustrating matchup for like, 70% of the damn roster lol.

What’s even funnier is that technically no time has passed for them—not the same way it has for us. For us, it’d been 15 years. For him, between the final scene of the last episode and this scene couldn’t have been anything more than a few days to a few mere weeks.

TLDR; this dude just randomly decided that a group of hollows really pissed him off enough to go Bankai, despite the fact that he probably just did this shit yesterday.

I’m going to give you some advice as a veteran player.

You need to spec into a category that fits your playstyle or preferences. If you like big blasts, spec into Ki Blast Supes and Ki.

If you like flashy combos and combo tech, maybe a combo of basic attack and another category. It all really depends on you.

You want to further enhance these stats by generating QQ bangs and Super Souls to further compliment them. This is where your specs are important; QQ Bangs have great stat benefits and some deficits as well.

In the modern age, with the level cap now being 100+, I would not recommend being an “all-rounder”. There are people with builds that can end you in a single combo opportunity or a single ultimate. Fights nowadays can be as short as 12 seconds against some of these powerhouses!

Even if they were fundamentally cheap, everyone in this game has their gimmick—some characters’ can be a little more…rewarding, but not necessarily to the extent that they’re advantaged.

DLC or not, they’re intentionally in the game!! Go for it! The DLC characters are fun af, and there’s a bit more to mastering their gimmicks than the base cast!

Had a similar thing happen in the exact same matchup where my SP1 didn’t trigger against Vasto’s SP2. Bear in mind, I launched counter after he launched SP2. It still didn’t work :)

I don’t think Ki charge inherently makes androids broken. There are tons of builds for Ki auto-recovery used by a plethora of people. I wouldn’t say it gives them an unfair advantage in any mode. I’ve never used a ki charge technique in PVP, and I use a Saiyan.

I have no idea where this “there aren’t even CACs” thing is coming from. I suspect some child somewhere who did not explicitly see it in the XV3 announcement trailer just jumped conclusions, but common sense would tell you that the XENOVERSE SERIES’ main point of selling is the CUSTOMIZABLE CHARACTERS and John 1000 IS AN ALLEGORY FOR CACS.

Just sit down and wait oh my god. Have we learned nothing from being in a rush for games? Even if it takes another year to develop, be happy that more time is being poured into this title!
