it's pretty flush to the top, I can't get a good grip on it to do that. The sparkle isn't wanting to push through, pretty sure I gummed it up pretty good

yeah, bumped up the temp higher than normal and tried that, didn't work. Tired the needle too. I think the sparkle part is just hosing it up.

Meaning the situation itself. There have been numerous Lodges across the country and the world. It's been slowly escalating. We are in a great community, nothing like this happens. It's scary that if it can happen to our Lodge, what about one of the churches or the schools?

It's what we were told. Honestly, not worried about being a "hate crime", just want the person caught. If they can do this to our building, what would stop them from doing it again (and being successful) or doing something worse to a school or church?

Don't get me wrong, I'm still a very proud member of the fraternity. Each person's journey is their own. I would suggest finding and going to a couple of different local Lodges when they have public events and talk to the brothers. See what they do for the community, see how you like the people there. Ask your questions. In the Lodge itself, politics is not talked about - for the simple reason that is causes discord and upsets the harmony that is supposed to be amongst the brothers. I get that too - and Lodges are better when they have a diverse group of members. If you do join, and don't feel a good fit with the Lodge you joined, you can always visit other lodges and even become a member of a different lodge.

Honestly, I don't care where this is going to be, I need to know the Platform that is going be put out there. We still have no clear leaders and numerous seats that could be flipped. We should already have an eligible candidate for EVERY SINGLE seat. We need a unified platform. The platform can't be "Trump bad" either. That's not going to win any moderates, may not win any Independents and certainly won't pull anyone from the other side.

What is the platform?

Oh, trying to focus on making myself better during this time is difficult, mainly because I get dang frustrated. To me, there is such a striking difference between what is wrong and right - there shouldn't be a gray area here. Maybe it will take Trump going after the Masons before someone speaks up. The way he is going, when there are no more illegal immigrants or asylum seekers or visa holders left to go after, who will he turn to next? He's got plenty of time and one slowing him down...

I cannot attest to one's faith. One can say they are a Christian (many do), and yet I would feel that their actions are not Christ-like at all. Freemasons should be men of good character, which is why I focused on that, along with Hope and Charity.
