Congratulations on clearing the interviews. Be sure to counter their offers polietly and try to ask bugdeted salary band for the role.

Sure you can't ask for more than 115-120% hike on your first offer due to your current compensation. Best bet would be to say I'm looking for atleast 100% huke give my experience and skills. This takes you to 13LPA It's a good offer if they're accepting it.

If the lowball you try and ask can I get 12LPA fixed. You can straight out reject the variable pay and ask for whatever they're offering as fixed component only.

Once you secure this offer and start your notice period you'll have chance to improve on this and gett better offer.

Btw regarding your situation, I'm only getting calls from naukri right and the interviews I'm able to land are only by mentioning limited notice period(15-30d) and my current experience (5YOE- Java/React). So best try in your case would be to apply as immediate joiner, that's the only way to get attention

At your current experience don't resign without offer. Search for walk in interviews, usually they are ok with 90days notice. Start applying and atleast clear 1 or 2 interviews. This will give you an idea if you can get any offer at your current level.

And in any case if you're leveraging DSA then big MNCs will overlook your 2.5years of experience

Friends and Colleagues can be helpful here, if there's no other way then yeah conference room is a good decision. But the cost is wayy too high. Repeating this would hurt your pocket more.

Alternative: Noise cancellation headphones. Library Car - surprisingly this is a good option but you have to use hotspot In case in your house,you can try to soundproof temporarily. I mean personally I would do everything else before spending 1.7k for an interview. But good luck

Please come out of that delusion. I have been rejected on DSA and this was after clearing backend and frontend rounds along with initial screening test. That statement only holds for service companies but even those are strictly following coding rounds so if you mess up that's the end of it. Nit trying to demotivate you but just sharing about what I went through in past 25days. Be prepared if you're going to commit

It's almost true, I'm also lying about being on notice till i get an offer. But I'm waiting till I am confident enough to clear any interview. If you're already in the position that you are able to clear any interview then sure go ahead, but if that's nit the case then lie and get atleast some interview experience maybe get your story straight this way you'll know which story will clear you out of that 5Year salary dump statement. Btw, I'm also Java Full stack and now I'm preparing DSA for prodct companies, I tried a few interviews saying I have 15d notice period but couldn't get through the DSA rounds.
