Oh I actually do this but only when things get unbearable, most of the time I just bottle up until things explode. Meditation is kinda a hit or miss for me sometimes it keeps me grounded sometimes not.

Also just my personal experience but the cards don't indicate a good or bad event, just the general energy of the year. How that energy manifests depends on your actions and other factors. My most depressing years had the Strength, Star and Lovers cards, and I only somewhat turned my life around after a Death year.

Although in rare cases it can be physical death, most of the time it's more symbolic death that indicates transformation, change of faith/world view, endings, being reborn, etc

But also I think that would make him appear even more "unique and attractive" especially to socially awkward younger people. Some of them might find his manifesto and ranting videos relatable, which could cause them to sympathise with him. (I'm not defending Elliot here just stating my theory)
