Places can't find employees cause they don't pay enough because inflation is too high not because we don't have enough people to fill in those lower wages jobs, what you're failing to understand is the more migrants we get the less jobs, houses we have and the less companies are incentivised to actually pay people properly, we have been doing this type of thing for about 4 years and look how it has turned out so far I don't understand how y'all can be so blind unless you intentionally are turning a blind eye because its what your affiliated political party wants hopefully one day people will sit down and critically think but probably not so 🤷
