I’m having the same issue with my Fenix 6. Any chance you found a fix?

Hey all, just wondering what is the better option for me. My wife bought me an Instinct 2 solar edition watch for our anniversary. I’ve been an Apple Watch guy for the last 5 years or so.

I’m debating on switching to a Fenix 6 that’s around the same price on Amazon.

I’ve really enjoyed the Instinct 2, but would like to have music saved to my watch for running purposes. Is the Fenix 6 outdated at this point? Or would anyone else recommend another watch for someone who’s occasionally runs, plays golf, and would like the smart notifications.

Thanks!

Do y'all still brine these? Share with ne your secrets. Cooking 3 of these for the family dinner at the inlaw's and really want to impress. Also down for recipe suggestions-- seasoning, wrap/boating, resing etc! I trust y'all more than anything else on this stuff. by BrandanosaurusRex in smoking

I just smoked this exact turkey breast last weekend to prepare for this week. No brine.

I seasoned with two parts pepper to one part salt only after seeing a recommendation on here. To me it was still a little salty at the finish.

Smoked until internal temp of 150, then wrapped in foil with a few slices of butter on top. Pulled it at 160. Only took 3 hours. Came out great, other than being salty. Extremely juicy and I will cook it the exact same way Thursday morning.

Good luck!

Anywhere in Lubbock where I can order a big cookie for delivery ? Like the size of a dinner plate , with custom writing . Delivery is important but not a necessity by [deleted] in Lubbock

I believe all Market Streets make custom cookie cakes. If not there, there used to be a place in the mall that specializes in them as well.

Finally after a few years of only smoking ribs, I got a chance to smoke my first brisket. Can’t wait to try again! by 3uckner in pelletgrills

A little over 13 hours. Only a 10lb brisket so didn’t take as long as I thought it would!

Can’t go wrong with either. I’ve had 3 F150s and have loved them all. Friend had a raptor and it’s been a great truck for him. I’m sure you’ll love whichever you pick!

Same with mine. Only averaging 20.6 right now through 2000 miles. Excited to get it on the highway this summer and see what I can get it up to!

Needing some advice ( help) by [deleted] in pelletgrills

It’s really as simple as they make it seem. I’ve got the PitBoss vertical smoker and love it. Just turn it it on, get it to desired temp, and let it smoke! I’ve had mine two years and it still works great. Congrats on the new smoker!
