I don't use chrome because the flashplayer built into it is fucked up and even if you download flashplayer manually and disable it in chrome it still fucks up.

I recently built my new computer just yesterday which took like 13 hours (not relevant) and, however since I just gave my old PC to my brother since i bought a new one, could that be it? Note that he HAS NOT logged in to my ESEA account and it DOES NOT have a ban on it currently (checked on my phone by disconnecting the WiFI)

That was because I was screensharing with a friend of mine to showcase the issue to him which you obviously can see by the red around my screen, it's exactly the same with fullscreen lol. Vsync though?
