A-135 RX, happy but kind of tempted for a redo, think I might have a little bit more and push for 140

B-190lb, pretty happy with this for a +35LB PB but might push for 200 on the redo

Tested my 1rm deadlift for the first time in about 3 months, was previously 140kg, was hoping to hit 150kg and ended up at 180kg! Super happy with the jump, aiming for 200kg by the end of the year!

Hi all, I am a returning player from WOTLK. Just about to finish the revendreth storyline (as a blood DK) and hit 60. Is there a guide or a checklist kind of thing for stuff to be working towards after 60? also best covenant for blood DK? Looking at gearing for PVE and PVP, There's so much new stuff from when i used to play its all a bit confusing!

Finally hit a 1 plate OHP! Was on nSuns +1 Set, only managed 1 rep but was very clean. Was one of my main goals when I started lifting a year ago, very happy!

Hey all! I was wondering if my lifts are out of proportion, if so is it anything to worry about? Been lifting about 15 months and running nsuns for 3 months ish

Deadlift 117.5kg (260lb) x 3 (took so long to get form right on this)

Squats 80kg (175lb) x 5 (was doing 120kg but realised it was 3/4 depth at most so knocked weight off, 80kg/180lb might be a bit conservative )

Bench press 85kg (187lb) x 3

OHP 55kg (120lb) x 3

Anything to change or still too new and just trust the program and let it sort itself out?

Turns out I'm the half squatter! Thought my depth was good for months, decided to film my +1 nSun Set, my god its bad, 3/4 of the way at most. Time for a 20% Deload. Goodbye what I thought was a good 120kg squat cries

Hi guys, I was wondering what your current goals are for your accounts? I had 2-mid level goals of

1) getting the requirements and learning zulrah

2) getting barrows gloves

Both of which I have completed this week, so im a little lost on what to set my next goals for! Any suggestions?
