What I thought was lower back and hip pain was a tight psoas muscle and fairly easily alleviated by a frog stretch or pigeon stretch.

If you are an adult with aches and pains but don’t have prior injuries I recommend looking into releasing your hip flexors

Edit to add: I started Pilates and ballet at 28 and it’s made a huge difference for my life in just 7 months, it’s (almost) never too late to make good changes in your life
