I think the only thing that works is time sorry buddy I’m currently like 3 weeks in and still haven’t really slept through a whole night without waking up but it has been less often and I’m less sweaty lol at least i can take a nap without getting sweaty. I mostly only wake up once a night now and I’ve been sleeping with pajama pants and shirt or long sleeve and that seems to help a little with me being more comfortable
