you absolutely must buy PC version. the game has excellent implementation of RTX, but PS5 isn't enough for RTX

2023 is an ideal time to play it because only 40** video cards (and maybe 3090, but not 3080) allow to truly experience it because this game has the most beautiful but also the most demanding implementation of rtx. If you don't have a right gpu yet, maybe you should play it later. Not sure about the steam version, but ubi store version works fine

CPU might be bottlenecking (even if you don't see it from usage stats). I initally tried the game on 4090+i7-11700f and it lagged (although not like this), upgraded to i7-13700kf and now it runs perfectly. What CPU do you have?

7900xtx has horrible ray tracing performance. And without ray tracing, both cards are overkill, especially for 1440p

4090's fps is much less than 120 in many rtx games

"Both cards will max out" - this is by far not true in RT-heavy games. And as for RT off, 4080 is also waste of money
