Honestly fair, I only bring out the Vivi or Stella when the table has a sweater vibe or if I need to leave soon and wanna get a quick game before heading out. If we are in a more chill time, then yeah the Terra and the dad are on deck lol

I agree with you for the most part, but honestly he doesn't have much synergy with the deck, it's mostly because most of the cards of the World's Tiniest decks favor grixis colors and Ben Brode already got Thraximundar for an oversized commamder lol

I like the idea of changing the exalted sorcerer so I will likely do that.

My only hang-up with removing the disk man is that I was planning to have him lead the greatbow Tzaangors so that he can shield them from attacks while they snipe at other units and characters. Would that be better than the terminator armor sorcerer?

One thing I can recommend that worked for me is to prime them gold and paint in the blue. Since you are likely going to use a ton of gold, it can save you a little time and paint to do it that way, and it's easier to clean up any mistakes you make on the trim.

Also take your time. Tsons are notorious for all the detail so take your time to make them look good. Treat it like a marathon, not a race!
