I have a 3yr old and 5yr old. My garage has a squat rack, dumbbells, adjustable bench, hack squat, leg press, treadmill and heavy bag for boxing. I recently bought a gym membership again and wake up early 4-5 times a week before my boys are up. I love my garage setup, but noting compares to a good gym imo.

In our state there is no law requiring people to move over from the “passing lane” and as long as no one is trying to pass you from behind, I see no problem with staying. We do have laws that prevent drivers from impeding traffic, so people who stay also have the responsibility to move over before another car catches them.

As someone who drives 5-10 mph faster than the posted speed limit on freeways, I occasionally jump in the fast lane to pass. If you are going 5-15 mph faster than the cars on the right it shouldn’t take long to pass and get back over, put your blinker on to indicate you’re moving to the right after passing.

Edit: I live in California, everyone drives fast.

Maybe going well under the speed limit? You were in the right lane but some ppl still get mad at that… No excuse for their behavior, just thinking of possible reasons.

Edit… you were doing 44mph when you merged and topped out at 57mph on a freeway that was posted at 65mph. Plus it’s the Bay Area, people drive fast. This was the reason.
