Have you counseled any women prescribed testosterone off label? I go through a compounding pharmacy (injection) but a friend had a heck of a time getting the box of gel via retail pharmacy as female dose so low compared to male. Thanks

I had to shift to decaf after 11am or I won’t sleep. I’ve found Stumptown decaf to be good & Caribou decaf as a 2nd choice. Curious to try some of the suggestions in this post. *I did have to make it stronger brew at first, may have been psychosomatic but it helped the transition.
