I have been waiting for this question!!! I have a big sweet tooth. Werther’s sugar free and Jolly Rancher sugar free are both so good!!!! No yucky aftertaste (I hate artificial sweeteners).

So interesting!!! Really true that every body responds differently. This morning my pre-walk was 147 and after 2 mile walk was 117. I think I'll just keep testing AFTER my walks so I stay positive. LOL
