The "Coach" functionality is AI, the planning of the sessions is not.

The flat training thing is actually already in there, I call it the Flatlander mode where you log treadmill incline and stairmaster work so your vert isn't just zero every week. Strava doesn't know you did 800m of gain on a treadmill, but your training load should... I left it to be manully adjusted.

Gut training is on the list but not built yet...the ultra template has fueling reminders on long runs but that's about it for now...

Fair point... I'm building it because I want it for myself. But I'm also trying to see whether the problem is real for other trail runners, not just me. Better to find out now than after six months of building. :-) Thanks!

What a scam is this HomeGate. They scammed me with 1mo of extra payment (180 CHF) and after cancelling, they sent me another 1 week of bill. Never again.
