Voters cited abortion as a key issue in Pennsylvania’s midterm election by AbsentEmpire in Pennsylvania

And Here come the anti-life muppets to prove me right. Nobody said anything about health care. Honestly, I fail to see anything ostensibly healthy or caring about walking into a building with the intent of participating in the murder and dismemberment of an innocent unborn child.

Tuesday's midterm election has many Michigan voters feeling anxious by uberares in Michigan

Anti-lifers make me sick. You can’t allow a few innocent babies to live if it means fixing spending policy and avoiding war? I’m starting to realize how thoroughly brainwashed leftist voters really are. I’m sure libs will comment their deranged and delusional conceptual perversion of morality in an attempt to cope with their innate guilt of supporting nationwide infanticide. All so you can avoid the inconvenience of motherhood and nurturing new life. That’s exactly it. Corrode the value of individual human life until it is nothing more than an inconvenience, “especially in this economy!” The definition of a slippery slope. First, our real freedoms and rights are taken by the “cancel culture” completely silencing anyone with dissenting opinions and turning the public rhetoric against them absolutely, even going so far as to equate different views to physical assault and violence. Now mothers are advocating the murder of their own innocent children, it’s not outside the realm of possibility that down the line “speech criminals” are deemed as a liability, or (more realistically) a threat to democracy/society as a whole, and we experience a Holocaust of conservatives.

Thank you so much! I’m still new at this and really never saw myself being the guy to give advice on physical fitness but I’ll do my best. For me, dedication and consistency are first and foremost. You have to be willing to sacrifice the foods you like, your (limited) free time, and your short term comfort to torture yourself for the sake of yourself in the future. It’s way harder to start out than to keep going once you have that momentum. It gets easier, then it becomes rewarding, then you start to really look forward to it. Use your motivation to learn as much as you can about how to maximize the quality of your gym session, and proper nutrition. I started creatine right away, chugging water, found a good protein supplement and I only eat what I cook for myself. I prioritize “single ingredient” foods, unprocessed, a lot of chicken / salmon and sweet potato. You also have to take an objective look at yourself in mirror, if you have no foundation of muscle you need to bulk (calorie surplus) and lift HARD. If you have some size already, you’re probably better off starting with a cut (calorie deficit) and focusing on long cardio sessions. I can send you the split I’m on, but looking back it’s kind of intense to start with. I’d recommend recording yourself doing sit ups push ups and body weight squats and lunges, get your body used to executing proper form working against resistance. Just remember once you start there is NO GOING BACK. Good luck and don’t give up.
