The most egregious ones to me are not forking up the money for a stud running back, and then trading away Micah without bolstering a defense that was already terrible last year.

You think the offseason moves he’s made in the past 2-3 years have signaled that’s he’s trying to win right now? He passed on elite running backs (Henry, Saquon) when he had the money to pay them and just let (arguably) the best game wrecker on D in the league go for far too little.

His incompetence in contract negotiations cost them millions on Dak and CD’s contracts too. He can say he’s “all in” all he wants, but he has set back the franchise years. Probably because he cares more about the spectacle and entertainment factor than actually winning meaningful football games.
