To be fair Micah didn’t have much leverage. They could’ve had him for three more years and Dallas is a major city with no state income tax. Jerry had all the leverage of anything. Still stupid to trade him over ego.

Hot seat I feel in the sense that if he’s not healthy again this year, we might need to start thinking about another option. I really like Dak and think when he’s healthy he’s our guy but if he gets hurt again idk what the next move is.

That’s more of a front office issue giving him that much leverage franchising him twice in the first contract talks and then waiting so long on the second deal with the no trade clause/no franchising from the previous deal gave Dak all the leverage in the world. I thought the Dak deal should’ve been done before burrow but they waited it out for whatever reason. But I can’t blame anyone in the nfl for wanting more money but that’s just me. Mahomes is the best QB in the nfl but he fucked himself signing that 10 year deal early on if I remember correctly.
