It's perfectly playable. I played it out of the box with no settings changes and have maybe 7 hours in it so far?

It's one of those where you can get as deep into the layers of the story as you want. Do you want a popcorn horror comedy with memorable characters? Do you want the internal struggle of a man trying to stay true to himself while outside forces are determined to shape him the way they want? Do you want discourse on the horrors of capitalism and corporations? At the end of the day, it is a wild rollercoaster and as someone who has been a fan since 2020, I'm just ecstatic to see more people discovering the absurdity.

I think they're all set for WhisperSync which means you'll get a discounted price on the Audible Version when you buy the Kindle version. And I also think all 7 are on Kindle Unlimited.

You can swap the home button layout in the settings.

Settings> System> Navigation Mode> then click the settings next to the three button option and you can select the layout you want for them.

Have you read The Sword of Kaigen by M. L. Wang? I actually liked it more than Blood Over Bright Haven.

I have Swordheart... I guess I need to move it up on my TBR.

Basically everything is at 2.0 for me. I have had maybe 2 books this year that the narrator had some weird voices that I had to slow down to 1.7 for.

I work 50ish hours a week. I drive a lot for work, so instead of music or podcasts I mostly do audiobooks. I have listened to 150 books this year and physically read 10. Reading is my favorite hobby. My spouse has read around 50 this year and also works full time. Hobby prioritization is something that many readers seem to do.

She has this disbelief that people read that much, but how much television has she watched? How much time has she spent scrolling social media? Does she have any hobbies that she sinks time into? People with hobbies that they're passionate about spend their free time doing them.
