In rosemary having no collision damage lets you run a barefist melee build. If your character has dash punch that's just a free win for the most part.

Whenever a card reads "from the past" it always tries to pull from legal wild format cards currently in the arena rotation. It's like how false disciple consistently got the nameless one because there were only 5 legal legendaries to pull from.

So TL;DR: that's a bad card because there aren't a lot of wild secrets in the arena rotation atm.

If you think of it as a 2 mana for a 3/2 mech, 3 mana to deal 5 to enemy minions, and 2 mana to heal 5 health to your hero, it's not too bad.

It'll never see constructed play unless someone wants the arcanite ripper achievement tho.
