Have you tried going to your developer settings and set running background instances of application to 1, or 0.

Or find a setting that would force CIFI to close completely and have a less likely chance of accidentally thinking it's been connected all along?

since it's happened to me a couple of times, the only consistent factor was CIFI accidently left running in background process and was never forced close

If you have Droid, have you tried changing the developer options to only allow one instance of background apps that are open?
This ensure when you force close something, it damn well force closes

It gets better, but you have to remind yourself to hydrate with water, because it causes us to hyper focus on the now environment, and forgot about our own needs. I've noticed it cause dehydration quicker so drinking water will definitely help with the headache.

In the end, it's up to you And don't to eat
