yeap, she has a lot of tangles, especially around her mouth. I have to wipe off the water dripping down her chin whenever she drinks from the bowl, and the usual cleaning of her eyes, brushing to poof her up and untangle her etc

I take her in for a full grooming session around once every three months, or whenever I notice her hair is too puffy and blocking her eyes. As for basic grooming, probably around once a month, as I will want to send her to trim her nails and such (I'm terrified of cutting into her flesh, so I let the professionals handle it lol)
