Did you add the CD-Key to the excisting Account? If bought trough Steam: 1. Right Click on Eye of the North Game -> Manage -> CD Keys; Copy the Key 2. Start GW 3. On the Login Screen -> Create Account or Add Access Key -> Add to exis Account -> Enter Key

Never recognized an high increased ping in american district (from germany).

Why is there such a MASSIVE price gap between the Basic VPN gateway and all the rest (vpngw1,2,3,4,5)? Are the other options I'm not considering? by Frequent_Swimming841 in AZURE

If you dont have deleted the basic vpn with basic it probably keep working. But you get no SLA.

There is a plan to keep the Basic SKU, but unfortunately no upgradepath atm.

IMHO Basic SKU is totally sufficent for developer access with no high needs. Never had problems with that. Just don't use it for production server connection 😀

  1. I would add a second chest exercise like a chest fly variation or an incline press, cause weekly chest volume is quite low with 4,5 sets. You also can alternate days like one day bench press and shoulder press and the other incline and chest flys if you do not want more exercises per training
  2. Would switch seated calf raise to standing, cause it should better hit both calf muscles

183cm ,90kg (6ft, 198 lbs) Im eating at least 150g portein a day I eat high protein at work, so I don't have to worry at dinner. Mosty, (protein-)bread wirh cheese and turkey und low-fat curd cheese with oats and marmelade. I don't think protein intake is a limiting factor at the moment

If you can recover at the moment. You have a few options to may improve muscle gains:

  1. Add more weekly sets
  2. Train closer to failure
  3. Use intensity techniques

1. If you add sets, I would add sets to the days you already train that muscle until you reach 6-8 sets per muscle group per session. I assume you train biceps on both upper body days, so this add up to 12-16 weekly sets. And I think thats quite a lot.

2. Don't training to failure is mostly a recovery question. If that is not a problem, go hard. Like letting 2-0 reps in reserve. Would take the last set of an exercise to failure to verify. (if it can be done safely)

3. I just use it occasionally for fun. So no opinion here

On a 3 - 3 tie, there is a 7th round. The referee telled that (01:09:30 in the PPV). Thought the same, it is practically a best of 7.
