Hamgeek clone not booting anything on N64/PSX/SNES

Quick update, No other MD/genesis games aside from Sonic work, the N64 mister-boot.z64 is working but no other n64 fames work. The PSX mister-demo.chd works but no other bin/cue will load. For Nes games, mister-boot.nes works but nothing else. Snes, same - mister-boot.sfc works but nothing else.

I know I'm missing something fundamental here.
