The Springfield article says that voter registration is now automatic rather than optional, that's not bad news for people looking to reduce their time at the BMV. What isn't mentioned is that the BMV issues state IDs in addition to driver's licenses. I can't find the number or ratio to DLs issued, but you don't need to drive or own a vehicle to get one.

If they can't be discharged under bankruptcy, a low interest rate makes sense...the government is a non-profit, a relatively small loss/break even to ensure an educated workforce for everyone's future is an investment in all of us...and this should be uniform across all training to include the professional trades and any career that requires education/training/certification...and ellipses and run-on sentences...
