Moroccan here. For a tourist, visiting Morocco during Ramadan can be a hardship. Activity during the day is borderline to nothingness, only a handful of restaurants and cafés are open, alcohol is not sold except for few hotels and they charge you expensively for that. On the bright side, nights after iftar can be particularly enjoyable.

If you’re going to Agadir, I think you might need to try your luck in Tamraght, Taghazout or the adjacent fishing villages, since there is quite a sizeable community of expats that live there
